Service area
Bracebridge sits at the middle of Muskoka and functions as the service centre for a lot of the surrounding cottage country. The building stock splits cleanly between the older town housing along the Muskoka River and the lake properties out toward Lake Muskoka and the Bracebridge Bay shoreline.

Both benefit from the same thing: an assembly with nothing penetrating the weather plane, in a place that holds snowpack for months and where a lot of properties sit unoccupied through the worst of it.

Central Muskoka holds snow on north-facing planes from December to April. Sustained load plus eave-line freeze-thaw is the combination that ends asphalt roofs early here.

Quote the Platinum systemEvery project is quoted from a site visit or drone survey — roof complexity, tear-off versus overlay, gauge, finish and access all move the number, and none of them can be assessed from a postcode.
We can start from drone imagery and drawings, but we do not issue a firm price without seeing the deck and the ventilation. A remote number that changes on mobilisation day is not a quote, it is a deposit trap.
Installation
Deep snow, months of shade, complex rooflines and nobody there in February. Muskoka is the hardest place in southern Ontario to roof — and the clearest case for standing seam.
