We are based in Barrie with our own roll-forming equipment. Our density is highest through central Ontario, but the equipment travels — and for larger projects, so do we.

Muskoka
Muskoka is the region where standing seam earns its price. Cottages here combine the hardest conditions in southern Ontario — heavy lake-effect snow, deep shade that keeps roofs frozen for months, and long stretches with nobody on the property to notice a leak — with the most complex rooflines, full of dormers, turrets, low-slope porch tie-ins and valleys that dump into each other.

Simcoe County
Simcoe County is our core service area and the region we know best. It also contains an unusually wide spread of conditions for one county — the Georgian Bay snowbelt through Collingwood and Wasaga, the agricultural south around Alliston and Bradford, the lakefront stock along Innisfil and Oro-Medonte, and the historic downtowns of Orillia, Midland and Penetanguishene.

Grey Bruce
Grey and Bruce County give a roof two problems at once: some of the heaviest lake-effect snowfall in the province, and, along the Lake Huron shoreline, sustained wind with salt-free but relentless moisture loading. The Bruce Peninsula in particular is exposed on both sides.

Kawartha Lakes
The Kawarthas are cottage country with a difference: a very large share of the building stock is now converted seasonal properties being lived in year-round. That conversion is where roofing problems appear. A cottage roof built for six months of use, then insulated and heated through a full winter, generates condensation and ice damming it was never designed to handle.

York Region work skews toward two things: architectural metal on custom builds through King, Aurora and the Oak Ridges Moraine, and accent applications — entry canopies, dormer wraps, bay roofs and feature walls — on larger suburban homes.

Coverage questions
Do you charge for travel outside Barrie?
Not within Simcoe County. Further afield we block-schedule projects so mobilisation is shared across several jobs rather than loaded onto one homeowner. If there is a travel component it is stated in the quote up front, never added afterwards.
Will you travel outside your listed areas?
For the right project, yes — we work across Ontario depending on size and scope. A full residential re-roof or a commercial building is usually worth the trip. Call with the location and scope and you will get a straight answer rather than a maybe.
Do you work on water-access cottage properties?
Yes, in Muskoka and the Kawarthas particularly. Flag water access at quote stage so barge scheduling and material staging are priced in rather than discovered on mobilisation day.
